Peoria Artisan Brewery®, LLC was established in 2012 and opened The Litchfield Taproom in Old Town Litchfield Park in 2013. As the first independent craft brewery in the West Valley, Peoria Artisan has emphasized creative and hand-crafted beers. We are in the process of opening a new location which will be a full-service Gastropub and Brewery with an emphasis on incorporating our on-site brewed beers into unique and creative dishes featuring fresh and local ingredients.
