Lock 27 is now seeking well qualified candidates for a Head Brewer. As Head Brewer, the candidate will be fully responsible for all brewery aspects including production, procurement, quality control, and staffing. The successful candidate will have 10 years of professional brewing experience, with at least 5 years experience as a head brewer. Candidate should have formal training, and a passion for both the art and science of brewing.
