In four years, we’ve grown from a 12-gallon brewhouse to a 30-barrel system, secured over 300 accounts throughout New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania, brewed over 100 beers, gone from one employee to 40, added a second production facility at Cape May Airport, and fed on the energy of this place – where craft culture is on the cusp of a surge.
