Our Manager is Executive Brewmaster, Sebastian Wolfrum. A left-hander out of Bravaria he's had stops at some of the most storied breweries in Germany and has been a fixture of the North Carolina craft brew scene since coming stateside. Bench Coach is Head Brewer, Tate Little. Tate is living the dream as a home brewer called up to the bigs. Together they bring a unique combination of experience and ingenuity to the to our brewhouse.
