Lionstone Brewing, located in Geneseo, IL (about 2 hours west of Chicago, IL) is seeking an experienced brewer to manage all aspects of our production operations. We are a small brewery currently producing about 850 bbls/year. We house a 15 bbl steam jacketed production brewing system with 3 - 30 bbl fermenters and 1 – 30 bbl Brite Beer Tank. We also have a 2 bbl steam jacketed pilot brewing system with 2- 2 bbl fermenters for recipe development.
