Ol’ Beautiful Brewing is a micro brewery and taproom located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Inglewood in Calgary, Alberta.  We are currently seeking an experienced brewer to join the team in operating our 15HL brewhouse. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate 15HL brewhouse
• Assist in recipe development and new recipe production
• Maintain and monitor inventory
• Conduct sensory evaluation
• Monitor quality and consistency of products
• Wash, fill and store kegs
• Safely handle brewing chemicals and hot water
• Raw material handling
• Maintain sanitary standards and protocols
• Production record keeping
• Adhere to safety protocols

 
Qualifications and skills
 

• Prior brewing experience ( min 3 years )
• Formal education in Brewing is optimal
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Ability to collaborate and work with others

 
Physical Requirements
 

• Ability to lift 25kg throughout the day
• Ability to move 160lbs on dolly
• Ability to kneel ,crouch , sit , stand and climb ladders
