1487 Brewery is a love letter to the biergartens and rolling hills of Bavaria by using traditional ingredients and brewing techniques with a modern American twist. We focus on traditional German beers with imported German ingredients using modern technology.  We are founded by an American and a German who fell in love with the idea of bringing authentic German beer to Ohio while in Germany.
