Butcher and the Brewer was founded in 2014 with the goal of encouraging a sense of community through public house seating, progressive dining, shared plates, and enjoyment of our outstanding craft brews. Through the years, our passionate brewers have used classic techniques in our custom on-site brewery to create a range of high quality traditional and innovative beers.
