We’re expanding in the biggest and most passionate beer country in Europe, Germany. We’ve just opened our first mainland Europe Brewery in Berlin (DogTap Berlin), to brew brewery fresh beers and quench the ever-evolving tastes of German beer drinkers.

Your key focus as REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - EAST is to build BrewDog’s distribution, execution and volume in bars, restaurants, clubs, and pubs. You’ll deliver this by engaging and inspiring customers to stock and sell BrewDog. It will be busy, and at times tough. But amazing fun, teamwork, and the potential for personal growth are off the chart!

You, yes you, by becoming part of the crew, will help build BrewDog in Berlin and beyond. You’ll be joining a young, passionate and dedicated team of amazing people.
  • Achieve appointed sales targets, distribution and visibility objectives within On-Trade in Berlin, and additional key cities in Germany East - implementing & evaluating of promotional activities
  • Develop partnerships with key regional Wholesalers to expand your network, find new customers and develop our business together within your region
  • Spend 90% field time calling on accounts in your territory to drive sales growth and visibility in the On-Premise
  • Manage local events and be the absolute owner of BrewDog in your region!

More specifically, you’ll be standing side by side with the Germany sales team, spread across the country. Led by the On-Trade Manager, you and your teammates will do everything you can to inspire and educate the people of Germany of our beers and ensure BrewDog is seen as a world-class supplier

Job Requirements:

Are you up for the challenge of leading our distribution growth and driving our sales and presence in one of our most important regions in Germany? Are you an owner… someone who takes complete ownership of their region’s commercial performance, their customers and ensuring the customer is always your number 1 focus?
The answer you’re looking for to the above, is yes, absolutely.
  • You’ll have a passion and dedication for what you do… own it… it’s yours
  • Have previous sales experience within the drink’s scene in Berlin
  • Be able to display a solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry in the region and ideally well connected to key figures within the On-Premise scene either through previous work experience or personal connections
  • Have effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Show evidence of an entrepreneurial ’can do’ attitude; uncompromising, tenacious, ambitious, relentless, willing to take risks, learn obsessively!
  • Hold an EU Drivers license required
