We are looking for an experienced brewer with opportunities and responsibilities throughout the brewing and distilling process. We have small brewing team with lots of chances to impact seasonal releases and flagship beers. Being a brewpub, we work closely with a great kitchen and front of house staff. This gives us the ability to enhance our beer with interesting food pairings and our spirits with unique cocktails.

A part of the Bear Hill Brewing Group with resources and Breweries in Jasper, Banff and Calgary allow for opportunities beyond our walls. We have great access to industry events and experiences across Alberta.

Responsibilities
Brewing on a 16.5 hl brewing system
QC Checks
DE and Sterile Filtering
CIP Cycles
Filling kegs appropriately
Keeping a clean and tidy brewery
Supplementing serving staff beer knowledge
