We are an incredible team of three co-owners that lead a brewtub, distillery, and restaurant. We see beer as a way to bring together the community, share humor, experiment, and share a passion for the craft. The name of the company, Halpatter's, comes from the local Chief of the tribe that lived on the land before us. It translates to "alligator," and therefore means "Alligator Chief."
